How we work

Every engagement begins with understanding — not assumption. Before we touch a Security Profile or draft a policy, we spend time with the people who actually run your operation: the shipping supervisors, the IT manager, the facility security lead, the HR director. CBP will eventually talk to those same people during validation. Our job is to know what they’ll say, and to make sure what they say matches what your written program claims. We work in phases. Assessment first. Then remediation. Then documentation. Then submission. We don’t accelerate the sequence — and we don’t let clients skip steps — because a CTPAT program built out of order is a program with invisible gaps that eventually surface as findings.
