Stay Compliant. Stay Certified. Stay Confident.
Ongoing CTPAT Compliance and Management
At Secure Trade Advisors, we understand that achieving CTPAT certification is only the beginning. Maintaining full compliance requires consistent oversight, adaptation, and expert guidance to ensure your company remains aligned with the CTPAT Minimum Security Criteria (MSC).
Our CTPAT Certification Management service ensures your company not only keeps its certification in good standing but continues to strengthen its security program as the MSC and your operations evolve. We provide ongoing reviews of your company’s compliance with the CTPAT Program Requirements and MSC, updates on the latest CBP expectations, and proactive guidance to help your team stay compliant and prepared.
With Secure Trade Advisors, you can be confident that your CTPAT program remains compliant, effective, and fully ready for validation at all times—giving your team peace of mind and freeing your organization from the guesswork and stress of managing CTPAT alone.

Annual CTPAT Compliance Assessment
We conduct a yearly assessment of your Company’s compliance with the CTPAT Program Requirements and the applicable Minimum Security Criteria (MSC).
This includes reviewing what is stated and uploaded in your CTPAT Portal account, as well as evaluating the physical and procedural security measures at your facility.
Our assessment includes two parts:
1. CTPAT Portal Review
- Reviewing the information in the Business Details, Business Entity, and SVI pages
- Reviewing Security Profile responses and documentation uploaded
- Verifying that responses accurately reflect your Company’s current operations
- Identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or missing documentation
2. Operational Security Assessment
- Reviewing procedural compliance
- Assessing physical security measures
- Verifying access controls
- Reviewing security technology systems
- Identifying deficiencies and security vulnerabilities
- Providing a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for each location assessed
Policy, Procedure & Form Assessment
We perform a detailed review of your policies, procedures, forms, and training material to ensure:
- They contain the required language
- They comply with the MSC applicable to your entity type
- Any missing elements or deficiencies are identified
If your documents are incomplete or partially compliant, we identify exactly what needs to be changed.
Corrective Action Plan (CAP)
- Specific gaps
- Required corrective actions
- Recommendations
- Responsible parties and target timelines
Verification of CAP Implementation
We follow up on your CAP, review evidence, and verify that required tasks have been implemented and are effective.
Risk Assessment Report Development
Updated Security Profile
We develop an updated Security Profile that aligns with the most recent CTPAT MSC applicable to your company type and ensure it accurately reflects your current practices and systems.
Policy, Procedure & Form Enhancements
We provide the specific language needed to update your existing policies, procedures, forms, and training materials so they comply with the applicable MSC.
If you are missing required policies, procedures, or forms, we draft them for you so your program is complete.
